When you place an order or request a custom quote, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. For custom quotes, we also collect any wardrobe photos and notes you upload so we can design pieces made just for her.

We use your information to fulfill orders, review and prepare custom quotes, communicate about your order, and, only if you opt in, send marketing emails about new collections and promotions. We never sell your personal information.

Payments are processed securely by Square. Nadiyah Hinson Designs does not store your credit or debit card data on our servers. Square's payment processing is governed by Square's Privacy Policy.

Photos you upload for a custom quote are used only to design your pieces and are not shared publicly without your permission. Dia retains the rights to her original designs.

We keep order and quote records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time (subject to outstanding orders).

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Our services are often used by parents or guardians on behalf of contestants. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors without a parent or guardian's involvement.
