By using this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or requesting quotes.

An order is accepted only when we confirm it and payment is authorized. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Payment is processed securely by Square at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an issue with the details provided.

A quote is an estimate, not a reservation; your production spot is secured once your invoice has been paid. Custom pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Standard turnaround time is 2 weeks unless otherwise stated during your initial consultation; turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with design complexity and demand.

Rush service is offered based on current capacity. Rush turnaround and the rush fee are shown at checkout; selecting rush adds the fee as a line item to your order.

All designs, imagery, and content on this site are the property of Nadiyah Hinson Designs. Dia retains all rights to her original designs. You may not reproduce, copy, or claim her designs as your own. Custom pieces are made for your personal use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nadiyah Hinson Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
