Shipping & Returns

Each piece is handmade to order. Standard turnaround time is 2 weeks unless otherwise stated during your initial consultation. Turnaround begins once your invoice has been paid, and that is when your production spot is secured. Need it sooner? Rush turnaround is approximately 7 days and includes a rush fee of $25, which is added as a line item at checkout.

Standard NHD shipping within the U.S. is a flat $10.00. Contestants of NHD sponsored pageants (Elegant Elite Miss and American United Miss) receive an exclusive $5.00 flat rate on their Exclusive Collection orders, a benefit of the NHD sponsored pageant program.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships, and you can always check status on our Track My Order page.

• Pageant Delivery: hand delivery to select pageants.

All earrings are available with hypoallergenic stainless steel posts. Clip-on backings are available on request at no extra charge.

Ready-made inventory: unworn pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit, with original packaging.

Custom orders are final sale. Because each custom piece is made specifically for her, designed around her wardrobe and measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom work. By submitting a custom quote you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right. For lost shipments, file a claim with the carrier and contact us, and we'll help however we can.
